Lemurian Crystal Attunement Cours e The Lemurians were an advanced, heart based, high vibrational race on the earth before and during the time of Atlantis. During this course we learn about the Lemurian race, connect with Lemurian Seed crystals, receive attunements and do various energy work with each other. There is a further workshop for those who wish to pass the attunements onto others.

Usui Reiki Courses Reiki is neither a religion nor a belief system. It opens the way to new depths of spiritual experience and understanding. All of us have Universal life force energy, essential for health and life. All of us have some amount of healing energy coming from our hands. Once you have been initiated, placing your hands on yourself or another person activates Reiki. Reiki raises our vibrational frequencies and as more and more people become initiated/attuned so our planets vibrations are lifted also. By being initiated/attuned we are helping to create vibrational harmony within and without.

During the first attunement process, the Reiki symbols are used to permanently restructure aspects of your energy bodies. This restructuring continues to grow the more Reiki is practised and further when attuned to Reiki II and Reiki Master. Reiki I is for those who wish to use Reiki privately with family and friends, Reiki II is for those who wish to continue their journey or become Reiki therapists and Reiki master/teacher will further the healing journey or to teach others.

Reiki, originating from the words raku-kei, is the art and science of spiritual self-improvement. Reiki originated in ancient Tibet thousands of years ago. The Reiki calligraphy, in Sanskrit, was used in meditation in Tibetan monasteries. Reiki symbols were painted upon wall hangings in the monasteries and acted as the center focus in the practices towards enlightenment by Tibetan holy men.
